The GC-650 machine is designed for processing with an abrasive tool (sharpening) the working surfaces of knives for planing, jointing, reaming machines, chisels and drills with a straight cutting edge using a rotating grinding disc.
The heart of the machine is a single-phase asynchronous motor with a power of 500 watts, with which an abrasive disc with a diameter of 150 mm and a thickness of 40 mm develops a rotation speed of 2850 rpm.
To fix the knives, there are two clamping blocks – the main and small. The maximum length of the workpiece processed by the main clamping unit is 680 mm, small – 150 mm.
GSB-700 Machine is designed for sharpening the front and rear corners of the teeth of saw blades made of high-speed steel and with carbide solders using a rotating abrasive disc.
A single-phase asynchronous motor with a power of 350 W allows a diamond wheel with a diameter of 125 mm to reach an idle speed of 2850 rpm.
